Liquid wins Software Satisfaction Award

UK-based Liquid Accounts Ltd received the highest customer satisfaction rating in this year’s annual Software Satisfaction Awards in London, beating big name players such as Sage, Access and Pegasus.

The company, a pioneer of online accounting software in the UK, was voted Best Web-Based Accounting Software, by its customers, ahead of near rivals Kashflow, and went on to get the highest score in any of the 19 software categories.

MD, Matt Holmes said: “I think that our high score reflects the fact that online software is coming of age and that people appreciate the added, flexibility, value-for-money and ease of use that a product like ours brings.”

Matt was presented with the award by Jairo Rojas, Director General of the British Application Developers Association (BASDA) at the ceremony hosted by online community, AccountingWEB and supported by the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAEW).
