In response to demand from customers, and in order to comply with the Business Application Software Developers’ Association’s (BASDA) new Cloud Vendor Charter (see our blogpost for further information) we have introduced a new file export button in Liquid Accounts.
This means that you can now download information from Liquid whenever you like in order to do your own back-ups or analysis as required, to give to your accountant, to use in other systems, or if for any reason you wish to cancel your subscription with us.
The button can be found under the Company tab. It allows you to choose to export your contacts, nominal master (accounting structure) and transactions (by tax year) to a csv file/Excel spreadsheet.
Simply tick the box next to the data that you wish to download and then click the link to download to Excel and save on your computer. To specify which tax year you’d like to download transactions for, please select the relevant year end date in the field at the top of the page.
