At Liquid Accounts, we know from experience (our FD is a Chartered Accountant and the brains behind our online accounting software) that,
as an accountant, it’s important for you to be able to offer your clients the best service you can and be able to advise them on the products and services (particularly accounting software) that are right for them and their business.
We also know, from the accountants that we work with, that there are some customers who have specific requirements that can’t be easily fulfilled by a traditional accounting package – perhaps they need Mac-compatible business software, need to work in several different locations or currencies, need hand-holding through every step of their bookkeeping, or want to use a bookkeeper but still have a day-to-day overview of their business accounting.

That’s why we’ve created Liquid Accounts – probably the
first fully-grown-up accounts package online. We’ve taken a bespoke online solution created by Jon Wright, FCA (our FD) in 2001, for a large franchisor with 16 offices/franchisees throughout the UK, and 4000 employees who all needed to send in timesheets and receive payslips, and we’ve reverse engineered it, rebranded and redesigned it to create
a modern, flexible, modular, scaleable, easy-to-use, jargon-free online accounting package, which is suitable for any size of company or partnership. It allows your client to build the perfect package for their business and stay in control of their finances, whilst only paying for the functionality that they need and use, and with the ability to add more as and when they need it. Plus they can access it from any computer whenever they want, wherever they want.
Prices start at £20 per month (plus VAT) for a limited company or partnership.

Free Client Manager For You
With every client that signs up to our online accounting software, you can have access to their books through our FREE Client Manager application. As it says, this is a management tool, enabling you to see details of all your clients who are using Liquid’s online packages, see a real-time financial summary for each of them, create reports, or perform other accounting tasks and log into and work on their books as required. AND you and your client can log in simultaneously and look at exactly the same information at the same time if necessary (in order to fix a problem, for example, or to talk them through something new). This allows you to keep an eye on things throughout the year, quickly and easily (and cheaply) identify and deal with problems, and have all the data ready for tax returns and year ends when you need it. It is also fully-compatible with online filing of VAT and Tax Returns (our MD spent seven years working alongside Companies House on electronic filing and was the first developer in the UK to have his online filing software approved). Making Life Easier For Both You And Your Client
For both you and your client we’ve included FREE training, FREE upgrades, and FREE technical support (and if you need to talk something through, accountant to accountant, we can arrange for you to speak to another accountant who is already using it, or even our FD himself).
Both you and your client have a choice between seeing the plain English, jargon-free interface that we specialise in (to make things easier for the business customer) or having the standard accounting terminology (and don’t worry, if your client chooses the first option, you can still have your Client Manager set-up with accounting terminology, but can you can still what your client sees, so there’s no confusion!)
Liquid Accountants Network
Also, we regularly get enquiries from clients and potential clients who are looking for an accountant who is willing to give our online accounting software a try, and so we’re currently building up network of Liquid accountants throughout the UK who we can refer people on to. And as an added benefit to this scheme you have the option of becoming part of our reseller network and earning a generous monthly commission on all your clients who use Liquid for as long as they stay with us (and you). You can even offer our online accounting package as part of your own service, and include the subscription in with your fees if you wish. We can even let your clients login from your website (rather than ours) so that they’re getting a seamless service that looks like it’s provided by you.
